Through community-based one-on-one and three-on-one group settings, our aim is to develop a positive support system while providing exceptional support services for the individuals, parents, friends, and professionals we serve.
Our staff provides compassionate support services that aid in meeting an individual’s goals and needs.
Companion
Companion services consist of non-medical care, supervision, and socialization/community inclusion activities provided to an adult to support their daily valued routines in the community. These services provide access to a variety of community-based activities and allow for access to a wealth of community resources.
Supported Employment
Supported employment services provide training and assistance to support an individual in sustaining paid employment. Activities include training to assist a person to learn, retain, or improve specific job skills, and to successfully adapt and adjust to a particular work environment.
Personal Support
Personal Support services provide assistance and training to an individual receiving services in activities of daily living, including the areas of eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and preparation of meals. This service can also provide respite services to an individual receiving services age 21 and older living in their family home.
Supported Living
Supported living services provide individuals with the training and assistance necessary to live in their own homes or apartments. These supports include assistance with locating appropriate housing; the acquisition, retention or improvement of skills related to activities of daily living such as personal hygiene and grooming; household chores; meal preparation; shopping; personal finances and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable clients to reside in their own home.
